Pablito

Pablito is a Shiba Inu/Jindo type of a boy who came to us after being left behind by a mentally ill criminal. He came to the shelter with his little 2 female bodeguero friends, who have now been adopted, and Pablito is also waiting for a new family. He might come across just a bit shy and quiet at the first sight when you meet him, but actually he has a lively, social nature, especially when he has the chance to run around in the dog park, and meet his best friends. Pablito is a calm dog, who does have his own opinions about little things like which way to walk on the path, and also he likes to dictate all the bushes he wants to sniff. Pablito has been out for the day from the shelter with a volunteers and he loves to be in the car, looking out of the windows. He also loves to walk on the streets and politely say hi to other dogs and he does not show stressed when people passing by ask to pet his furry teddy bear body. He walks very nicely on the leash, he is a pleasure to go out with. In a home environment his favourite place is the garden, and he prefers to stay outside, as he is used to living outdoors - his previous "owner" was apparently homeless. For Pablito we are looking for a home with outdoors space, a land, yard, garden or a green patio, so he can feel like in his natural environment. His fur is also equipped to be adopted into a cold climate like the Nordic countries. In the shelter, Pablito lives together with other dogs and is very social to meet other dogs. In his new home he could be an only dog, when provided plenty of contact with other dogs on walks, or he could share the home with one or more other social, friendly dogs. Pablito is not looking for trouble and is a kind boy. He could live in a town, small city or nature environment, he is really quite flexible, and he also behaves well on busy pedestrian streets. His shoulder height is approximately 50cm.
