Amigos de los Animales Abandonados - Triple A
We are an animal shelter in Marbella on the Costa del Sol. We rescue, care for, and rehome abandoned animals.
Asociación de Amigos de Animales Abandonados “Triple A” is an officially registered, non-profit animal charity association with number 02604 in Registro de Asociaciones de Junta de Andalucía.
Triple A is mostly run by volunteers, dedicated to the care of abandoned and abused animals on the Costa del Sol in the Marbella to San Pedro area. We give them love, shelter, medical care, and where possible find new homes for them so that they can have a second chance for a happy life.
We are supported by the Marbella Town Hall, which provides the site our refuge is built on, our electricity, and an annual financial contribution. However, we mainly survive by membership fees, donations, sponsors, and fund raising events, etc. We do need your help!
We work in collaboration with the Ayuntamiento de Marbella and Sanidad. They are responsible for collecting all abandoned animals of the municipality and bringing them to us with the official entrance papers.
If you find an abandoned animal or wish to surrender an animal please call 952 76 11 87 before coming to us
Rehoming and adoption
All animals, around 500 dogs and cats, are in our care until we find them a new home! We have a no kill policy and we will never put down a healthy animal.
Our adoption fee includes passport, vaccines, microchip, de-worming, neutering, pre-adoption spa and health check and in the case of the dogs, a free consultation with one of our dog trainers.
